Once production has commenced, customized orders or plus size orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged due to change of mind, size preference or fit preference.

Any issue relating to a defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different customized product will be reviewed separately.

6. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
