  •  EXCHANGE — Available
    Customer can exchange for any other eligible product or the same product in another size, subject to availability.
  • They must:
    Raise the request within 3 days of receiving the order
    Select the replacement product immediately and pay the due amount if more than originally bought product.
    Select their preferred size
    Return the original item unused/unworn
    Keep all original tags, labels and packaging intact
    Khemani arranges the free pickup
    ₹100 exchange flat fee per product which goes directly to our artisans for their time in making the products.
    Once received and quality-checked, the replacement is processed which can take upto 15 business days
    No unboxing video required for exchanges
  • RETURNS — only for defective/damaged items
  • Customer must:
    Inform us within 3 days of receiving the order
    Have the unboxing video ( Mandatory)
    Provide details/photos/video showing the issue
    Return the product with original tags/packaging
    Khemani arranges free pickup
    No return fee
    After quality check, issued a store credit valid for 2 months
    No refund to the original payment method.
  • PLEASE NOTE
    Products must be returned with their original tags, labels and packaging intact.
    Exchange is available for another eligible product or a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
    Products purchased using a credit note/store credit, and previously exchanged products, are eligible for one exchange only.
    Custom orders and Plus Size orders (3XL–5XL) are not eligible for return or exchange. We communicate the same with all such orders.
    Our garments include margin 2-3 inches for minor fitting adjustments. Minor fitting issues can be adjusted by a local tailor.
  • All items are checked thoroughly by the quality check team before dispatch which significantly reduces chance of damage.
